제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 블루오션 스노클링(이하 “운영자”)가 운영하는 웹사이트(이하 “사이트”)에서 제공하는 투어 예약·결제·후기 서비스의 이용 조건과 절차, 운영자와 이용자의 권리·의무·책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (정의)
- “운영자”란 미국 하와이에 소재하며 와이키키 스노클링 투어를 운영하는 사업자를 말합니다.
- “이용자”란 사이트에 접속하여 정보를 이용하거나 예약·후기 등 서비스를 이용하는 자를 말합니다.
- “회원”이란 사이트에 계정을 등록하고 로그인하여 서비스를 이용하는 이용자를 말합니다.
제3조 (약관의 게시 및 개정)
운영자는 본 약관을 사이트에 게시합니다. 운영자는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정 시 변경 내용을 사이트를 통해 공지합니다.
제4조 (서비스의 내용)
- 스노클링 투어 상품의 소개 및 안내
- 사이트를 통한 투어의 온라인 예약 및 결제
- 회원 가입 및 마이페이지(예약 확인·정보 수정)
- 고객 후기의 작성·열람
제5조 (예약 및 결제)
투어의 예약과 결제는 본 사이트에서 직접 이루어지며, 결제는 결제대행사(Stripe)를 통해 안전하게 처리됩니다. 예약이 완료되면 확인 내용을 이메일 등으로 안내합니다. 취소·환불에는 취소·환불 정책이 적용됩니다.
제6조 (회원)
- 이용자는 소셜 로그인 또는 이메일로 회원 가입할 수 있으며, 가입 시 정확한 정보를 제공해야 합니다.
- 회원은 마이페이지에서 정보를 수정하거나 언제든지 회원 탈퇴를 할 수 있습니다.
- 계정 정보의 관리 책임은 회원에게 있으며, 타인에게 계정을 양도·대여할 수 없습니다.
제7조 (후기의 운영)
이용자는 사이트에 투어 후기를 작성할 수 있으며, 작성한 내용에 대한 책임은 작성자에게 있습니다. 다음에 해당하는 후기는 운영자가 사전 통지 없이 숨김 또는 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 허위 사실, 비방·욕설, 타인의 권리(명예·저작권 등)를 침해하는 내용
- 광고·홍보·스팸성 내용 또는 무관한 내용
- 타인의 개인정보를 노출하는 내용
- 기타 관련 법령 또는 본 약관에 위반되는 내용
제8조 (면책)
- 스노클링 투어는 자연 환경에서 진행되며, 바다거북 등 야생동물의 관찰은 보장되지 않습니다.
- 기상·해양 상황에 따라 투어의 코스·일정이 변경되거나 취소될 수 있습니다.
- 이용자는 현장 안전 안내 및 수칙을 준수해야 하며, 이를 지키지 않아 발생한 문제에 대해 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 천재지변, 결제·인프라 제공업체의 장애 등 운영자의 합리적 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 손해에 대해 운영자는 책임이 면제됩니다.
제9조 (지식재산권)
사이트에 게시된 콘텐츠(텍스트·이미지·디자인 등)의 저작권은 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있으며, 무단 복제·배포를 금합니다. 이용자가 작성한 후기는 사이트 내 게시·홍보 목적으로 사용될 수 있습니다.
제10조 (준거법 및 분쟁 해결)
본 약관 및 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 운영자와 이용자가 상호 신의에 따라 원만히 해결하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다. 협의가 이루어지지 않을 경우 관계 법령 및 소비자분쟁해결기준 등을 참고하여 해결합니다.

본 약관은 2026년 7월 13일부터 시행합니다.
1. Purpose
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the tour booking, payment, and review services provided on the website (the “Site”) operated by Blue Ocean Snorkeling (“we,” “us”), and set out the rights, duties, and responsibilities of us and users.
2. Definitions
- “Operator” (we/us) means the business based in Hawaii, USA that operates the Waikiki snorkeling tours.
- “User” means anyone who accesses the Site to use information or services such as booking or reviews.
- “Member” means a user who registers an account and signs in to use the service.
3. Posting and amendment of Terms
We post these Terms on the Site. We may amend them within the limits of applicable law, and will announce any changes on the Site.
4. Services
- Presenting and describing snorkeling tour products
- Online booking and payment for tours through the Site
- Membership and My Page (viewing bookings, editing your details)
- Writing and reading guest reviews
5. Booking and payment
Tours are booked and paid for directly on this Site, with payments processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). Once a booking is complete, we send confirmation by email or similar. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Membership
- You may register via social login or email, and must provide accurate information.
- Members can edit their information or delete their account at any time from My Page.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account and may not transfer or lend it to others.
7. Reviews
You may post tour reviews, and you are responsible for what you write. We may hide or remove, without prior notice, reviews that:
- contain falsehoods, defamation, abuse, or infringe others’ rights (reputation, copyright, etc.);
- are advertising, promotional, spam, or irrelevant;
- expose others’ personal information; or
- otherwise violate applicable law or these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
- Tours take place in a natural environment, and sightings of wildlife such as sea turtles are not guaranteed.
- Tour routes or schedules may change or be canceled due to weather or ocean conditions.
- You must follow on-site safety guidance and rules; we are not responsible for problems arising from failure to do so.
- We are not liable for damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters or outages of payment/infrastructure providers.
9. Intellectual property
Content on the Site (text, images, design, etc.) is owned by us or its rightful owners, and may not be copied or distributed without permission. Reviews you write may be used for posting and promotion within the Site.
10. Governing law and disputes
We and users will seek to resolve disputes amicably and in good faith. If agreement isn’t reached, disputes will be resolved with reference to applicable law and consumer-dispute resolution standards.
Addendum
These Terms take effect on July 13, 2026.
